Senior Research Associate- Communications Strategist

Amber Holland is a Senior Research Associate and Communications Strategist with the Samuel DuBois Cook Center on Social Equity at Duke University. She received her degrees in Communication from NC State University (PhD), UNC Greensboro (MA), and Christopher Newport University (BA), and also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Old Dominion University. In her role with the Cook Center, Amber develops and implements communication and marketing strategies to support Cook Center initiatives and research, translates research into policy briefs and materials for dissemination to various audiences, and partners with Cook Center stakeholders and key communication offices for Duke University and Duke University Health System.
